How it works

1. Tell us what you have

Batteries, IT, appliances or lighting — and rough quantities, so we send the right collection.

2. Licensed collection

Collected by a licensed carrier under WEEE and battery regulations, with fire-risk items kept separate.

3. Recycling & documentation

Treated and recycled at a permitted facility, with a waste transfer or consignment note for your records.

Compliance: Batteries and electrical items cannot go in a general skip — they are covered by WEEE and battery regulations, and damaged lithium batteries are a growing cause of waste fires. Keep them separate and tell us if any are damaged.

Common questions

Can batteries or electricals go in a skip?
No. Batteries and WEEE are banned from general skips and must be recycled through a licensed route. We arrange a separate collection.
Do you handle fridges and freezers?
Yes. Fridges and freezers contain refrigerant gases and are degassed and recycled by a licensed handler.
Can you arrange IT data destruction?
Yes — secure data destruction can be arranged alongside the WEEE collection for IT equipment.
Will I get documentation?
Yes — you receive a waste transfer or consignment note confirming compliant recycling and disposal.
